I dropped in on a fundamentals class with Lucio. I liked Lucio's instruction and the vibe of the other students so much that I changed my flight home to drop in on a morning class the next day. While I'm still a beginner, I have tried many different BJJ schools, and Lucio is the best instructor I've had at imparting knowledge that's useful off the mat as well as on to further your practice. This would be my school if I lived in SF, and I plan on dropping in whenever I'm in town.

Just tried the free introductory class with Victor and I cannot wait to sign up! Hands down the best class I have taken in any class I have ever taken! Victor made it so easy for me to learn the basics in a lovely gym and setting! Highly recommend this little gem!

I stopped to train here on my trip to San Francisco. I felt welcomed right off the bat, awesome attitudes and vibes from the instructors. It really help set the mood for the rest of my experience, my trip and training. I don't have to tell you how beautiful this martial arts school is. My girlfriend and I did the fundamentals class, and had some good rolls at the end. Everyone respectful, and pretty cool too. If you've never trained martial arts before, you should start here, a good place to root your skills and grow. If you have trained before, I would stop in and train, because training like this is good for the soul. LEANLIFE, a fitness app available in the google play store developed by the instructor. Impressive, and useful.

I visited this gym to do Jiu Jitsu as a guest from another gym across town. The mat area was large and beautiful, the instruction was top notch and the people were friendly and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will be coming back asap.
